TG2CloudDrive is a Telegram bot that uploads the files, photos and videos you send it into your own Google Drive. Each user deploys their own bot and authorizes storage through rclone; files and credentials are handled on their own server.
Google Drive access is used to upload your selected files, locate destination folders and verify transfers. The project maintainers do not receive your Google authorization. You can read about the app here without signing in. Privacy Policy

Google Drive access for your file transfers
TG2CloudDrive uses rclone to upload files, locate destination folders, check for existing files and verify transfers. The permissions granted by Google depend on the configured OAuth scope. Review the consent screen before authorizing access; you can revoke it at any time from your Google account settings.
