Terms of Service

TG2CloudDrive is a tool that uploads files you send to a Telegram bot into cloud storage that you own and control, using rclone. The Service acts only as a bridge: storage is provided by your own cloud account under your provider's terms.

You must have a valid Telegram account and a valid account with your chosen cloud provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and for all activity that occurs through them.

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

• upload, store or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful or otherwise objectionable;
• violate the terms of Telegram, Google or your cloud storage provider;
• attempt to disrupt, probe or abuse the Service or its infrastructure;
• misrepresent your identity or authorization to use any connected account.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring you have the rights to store it in your cloud drive.

Files you upload are stored in your own cloud storage account and count against your own quota. We claim no ownership over your content. Because files reside in your drive, retention, backup and deletion are governed by your provider's policies and your own actions.

The Service depends on third parties including Telegram, Google and Cloudflare. We are not responsible for the availability, conduct or policies of those services. Changes or outages on their side may affect the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that uploads will always succeed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TG2CloudDrive and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, files or profits, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service (or these Terms) at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking the connected drive's authorization and ceasing to interact with the bot.
